Who We Are — Data Controller
fellbet is the personal information controller (PIC) for all personal data processed through the Platform at fellbet.vip. As PIC, fellbet determines the purposes and means of processing personal data in connection with the operation of its PAGCOR-licensed online gaming services in the Philippines.
fellbet operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, fellbet is additionally subject to PAGCOR's player protection and data governance requirements, which operate alongside and supplement the obligations imposed by the DPA 2012.

Personal Data We Collect
fellbet collects the following categories of personal data, depending on your interactions with the Platform:
- Full legal name (as appearing on a government-issued Philippine ID);
- Date of birth and age verification data;
- Philippine mobile number and email address;
- Residential address (province, city/municipality, barangay, street);
- Government-issued ID type, number, and expiry date (for KYC purposes);
- Scanned or photographed copies of government-issued identification documents.
- GCash mobile number, Maya account identifier, or bank account details (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) used for deposits and withdrawals;
- Transaction history including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment methods;
- Wallet balance records and bonus credit history;
- Source-of-funds declarations where requested under AML compliance procedures.
- Game session logs including game type, bet amounts, outcomes, and session duration;
- Responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion status);
- Bonus participation records and wagering history;
- Customer support interaction records including chat transcripts and email correspondence.
- IP address and geolocation data (country and region level);
- Device type, operating system, and browser type;
- Session timestamps and login history;
- Cookie identifiers and analytics data (see Section 9).
How We Collect Your Data
fellbet collects personal data through the following channels:
- Account Registration: When you create a fellbet Account, you provide your name, mobile number, email address, and password;
- KYC Verification: When you submit identity documents to unlock full withdrawal privileges on your Account;
- Payment Processing: When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal, your payment method details and transaction data are recorded;
- Platform Usage: Automatically, as you navigate the Platform — through server logs, game session records, and analytics cookies;
- Customer Support: When you contact the fellbet support team, the content and metadata of that communication is recorded;
- Responsible Gaming Tools: When you configure deposit limits, session timers, or self-exclusion settings, those preferences are recorded to your Account;
- Third-Party Verification Services: Where fellbet uses a third-party KYC or AML screening provider, that provider may return verification data which is associated with your Account record.
Why We Process Your Data

fellbet does not process personal data for direct marketing purposes without your separate, specific, and freely given consent. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting support or updating your Account notification preferences.
Legal Bases for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, fellbet relies on the following legal bases for processing personal data:
- Contract Performance (Section 13(b), DPA 2012): Processing necessary to perform the Account agreement between you and fellbet, including account management, game provision, and payment processing;
- Legal Obligation (Section 13(c), DPA 2012): Processing required to comply with legal obligations imposed on fellbet by PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended), and other applicable Philippine law;
- Legitimate Interest (Section 13(f), DPA 2012): Processing necessary for the legitimate interests of fellbet — specifically platform security, fraud detection, and service improvement — where those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms;
- Consent (Section 13(a), DPA 2012): Where processing is based on consent — for example, optional marketing communications — that consent is obtained separately, specifically, and in a freely given manner, and may be withdrawn at any time without detriment to your Account.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
fellbet does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer personal data to third parties. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
- PAGCOR and Regulatory Authorities: fellbet is required by law to share player data with PAGCOR upon request and to submit periodic regulatory reports. The National Privacy Commission and other competent Philippine government authorities may also require disclosure of personal data in the exercise of their lawful functions;
- Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), Maya (Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other payment service providers receive the minimum data necessary to process deposit and withdrawal transactions;
- KYC & AML Service Providers: Third-party identity verification and AML screening vendors process identity and financial data on behalf of fellbet under contractual data processing agreements that require compliance with Philippine data privacy standards;
- Game Technology Providers: Game studios and platform providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Jili Games) receive technical session data necessary to operate their games on the fellbet Platform. These providers do not receive your identity or financial data;
- Cloud & Hosting Infrastructure: fellbet uses cloud infrastructure providers to host Platform data. These providers act as personal information processors under contractual agreements that include appropriate data protection obligations;
- Law Enforcement: Where fellbet receives a legally valid order, summons, or warrant from Philippine law enforcement or a competent court, it will disclose the requested data to the extent required by that order.
International Data Transfers
Some of the third-party service providers used by fellbet — including cloud hosting infrastructure and game technology providers — may be located outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a recipient in another country, fellbet ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the DPA 2012 and NPC regulations.
Safeguards for international transfers include, but are not limited to: contractual data processing agreements incorporating NPC-approved standard clauses; binding corporate rules where applicable; and transfers to jurisdictions that have been determined to provide an adequate level of data protection.
fellbet does not transfer sensitive personal information — including KYC identity documents — to recipients outside the Philippines unless legally required to do so by PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.
Data Retention Periods
fellbet retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with mandatory retention obligations under Philippine law:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Where retention beyond the standard period is required for the purposes of ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory investigation, data will be retained for the duration of those proceedings.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The fellbet Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, maintain session authentication, and analyse usage patterns. Cookies used on the Platform fall into the following categories:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for Platform functionality, including authentication session maintenance, security tokens, and load balancing. These cookies cannot be disabled without rendering the Platform non-functional;
- Analytics Cookies: Used in pseudonymised, aggregated form to understand how players navigate the Platform and to identify areas for improvement. fellbet uses analytics data to improve game loading times, navigation flows, and payment processing efficiency;
- Preference Cookies: Store your Platform preferences such as language settings, responsible gaming notifications, and display configurations across sessions.
fellbet does not use third-party advertising cookies or permit third-party advertising networks to place tracking technologies on the Platform. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect your ability to log in and use the Platform.
Security Measures
fellbet implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data processed and the risks presented by the operational environment. These measures include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and fellbet servers;
- Encryption at rest for sensitive personal information including KYC documents and financial data;
- Role-based access controls ensuring that fellbet staff can only access personal data to the extent required by their specific job function;
- Multi-factor authentication required for all internal system access by fellbet staff;
- Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments of Platform infrastructure;
- Audit logging of all access to personal data by internal systems and staff;
- Data breach response procedures including NPC notification within 72 hours of discovery of a breach likely to result in harm to Data Subjects, as required by the DPA 2012.
Your Data Subject Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data processed by fellbet. These rights are not absolute — some are subject to legal limitations — but fellbet commits to processing all rights requests fairly and within the timeframes required by law.
Right to Be Informed
You have the right to be told what personal data fellbet holds about you, for what purposes, and on what legal basis — which is the purpose of this Policy.
Right to Access
You may request a copy of the personal data fellbet holds about you. We will respond within 15 business days of receiving a verified access request.
Right to Correction
If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. Some corrections (e.g., name changes) require supporting documentation.
Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. This right is subject to mandatory legal retention obligations under AMLA and PAGCOR rules.
Right to Object
You may object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time. You also have an unconditional right to object to direct marketing processing.
Right to Data Portability
Where processing is automated and based on consent or contract, you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another controller.
Right to Restrict Processing
You may request restriction of processing in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested or an objection is being assessed.
Right to Complain
If you believe fellbet has breached your data privacy rights, you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines at privacy.gov.ph.
To exercise any of the above rights, submit a written request to the fellbet DPO at the contact details in Section 14. We will verify your identity before processing any request and will respond within the applicable statutory timeframe.
Children's Data & Age Restrictions
The fellbet Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21 years of age in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines. fellbet does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.
Age verification is performed as part of the KYC process for all accounts. Where fellbet discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, the following actions will be taken immediately: (a) the Account will be suspended; (b) all data collected from the underage person will be deleted to the extent not required to be retained under AMLA or PAGCOR rules; and (c) the matter will be reported to PAGCOR in accordance with its regulatory requirements.
Updates to This Privacy Policy
fellbet reviews this Privacy Policy at least annually and whenever a material change to data processing practices occurs. Material changes — meaning changes that affect the rights of Data Subjects or alter the purposes or legal bases for processing — will be communicated to registered players by email or in-Platform notification before they take effect.
Non-material updates — such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may be published without individual notice. The effective date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the date of the most recent update.
Continued use of the fellbet Platform following publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Policy. If you do not accept a material change, you may close your Account by contacting the fellbet support team.

This Privacy Policy was last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. It is effective from that date and supersedes all prior versions. fellbet is a registered trade name operating under a PAGCOR license. The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) governs all personal data processing described in this Policy.
