Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
- "Platform" means the fellbet website at fellbet.vip, including all subpages, services, games, payment systems, and associated mobile interfaces.
- "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the fellbet Platform.
- "Balance" means the aggregate of all funds held in your fellbet Account wallet at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus credits where specified.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by fellbet that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal and are distinct from real-money deposits.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the statutory body responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the fellbet Platform is illegal, restricted, or not licensed.
- "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond the reasonable control of fellbet, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, regulatory interventions, or acts of government.
Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of the fellbet Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms before placing any wager or making any deposit.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting fellbet customer support. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
Eligibility & Account Registration
To be eligible to open and maintain a fellbet Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active;
- You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and during active use of the Platform;
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed;
- You have not previously been excluded from any gaming platform operated by fellbet or placed on the PAGCOR self-exclusion registry;
- You are not an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of fellbet or its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors;
- You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law; and
- You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitute a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances therein may be forfeited at fellbet's discretion pending investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. fellbet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
KYC Identity Verification
fellbet is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, where risk indicators are present, prior to processing deposits. KYC verification is not optional.
Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to:
- Philippine Passport;
- Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO);
- SSS (Social Security System) ID;
- UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID);
- PhilSys National ID;
- Postal ID; or
- GSIS e-Card.
Documents submitted for KYC must be government-issued, valid, and clearly legible. Expired documents will not be accepted. fellbet reserves the right to request additional supporting documents where the primary document does not sufficiently establish age, identity, or residential address.
Deposits & Payment Methods
fellbet accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, UnionBank online transfer, 7-Eleven (over-the-counter), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by fellbet, though individual payment providers may impose their own per-transaction limits.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded by a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited amount will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
fellbet does not charge fees for deposits. However, third-party payment processors or your bank may apply their own transaction fees, exchange rates, or service charges, for which fellbet bears no responsibility.
Deposits made to the fellbet platform are for the sole purpose of gaming on the Platform. The use of the Platform for money transfers, currency exchange, or any purpose other than legitimate gaming constitutes a prohibited use under these Terms and under applicable Philippine AML legislation.
Withdrawals & Payout Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified fellbet Accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
Withdrawal processing times by payment method:
- GCash / Maya: Typically processed within 10 minutes for verified accounts. Available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
- BPI / BDO / UnionBank: Typically processed within 1–4 banking hours during standard banking hours. Weekend and public holiday transfers may take until the next business day.
- USDT TRC20 / Coins.ph: Processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours, subject to blockchain confirmation requirements.
fellbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request before processing. This may include requesting additional KYC documentation, source-of-funds declarations, or account activity reviews. Such reviews may extend withdrawal processing times beyond the standard timeframes stated above. Players will be notified where a review is in progress.
Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
fellbet may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, reload promotions, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion at the time of offer.
General bonus terms applicable across all fellbet promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal;
- Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only real-money funds may be withdrawn — Bonus Funds themselves are not withdrawable and are consumed as part of the wagering process;
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited;
- Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise;
- Bonuses are intended for individual player use only. Syndicate play, bonus abuse, or any systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — whether individually or collectively — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms;
- fellbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, and to reclaim bonus credits and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
Game Rules & Wagering
All games offered on the fellbet Platform are governed by the rules published within each individual game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific conduct of that game.
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for software-based games, or by verifiable physical equipment under live dealer supervision for live casino games. fellbet does not modify, influence, or selectively adjust game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
fellbet reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a technical malfunction is identified that affected the integrity of the game round; (b) the bet was placed after the outcome was determined due to a display lag or data feed error; (c) a bet was placed using funds obtained through a prohibited means; or (d) the bet forms part of an investigation into suspicious wagering patterns.
In the event of a technical failure during a live game session that prevents normal resolution of a round, fellbet will endeavour to reconstruct the result from available server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, all bets placed in the affected round will be refunded to player Accounts.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fellbet Platform. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement:
- Registering as or impersonating another person, whether real or fictitious;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotional mechanics;
- Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing anomalies — such errors must be reported to support immediately and any winnings derived from exploitation are subject to reversal;
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity;
- Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics (bonus abuse syndicates);
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other geographic obfuscation technology;
- Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing fellbet staff or other players through any communication channel;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any component of the Platform's technical infrastructure; or
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
fellbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account settings panel. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days;
- Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month;
- Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify players when a session has reached a specified duration;
- Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, effective immediately upon request and not overridable during the active period;
- Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure available through the support team. fellbet participates in the PAGCOR self-exclusion registry, and self-excluded players will be excluded from all PAGCOR-licensed platforms.
Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. fellbet will cooperate fully with any investigation by PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement relating to underage access, including the disclosure of account registration data where legally required.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fellbet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "fellbet," logos, graphical interface designs, written content, marketing materials, game display assets, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of fellbet or its duly licensed content providers and game studios.
No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used in derivative works without the prior written consent of fellbet. Violation of this provision may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. This license does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or sublicensing of any Platform content or functionality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fellbet shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) loss of data or profits; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account data by a third party; (d) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; or (e) any act or omission of a third-party payment processor, game provider, or telecommunications provider.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection legislation, fellbet's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your fellbet Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fellbet makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to and use of the Platform is at your own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
fellbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fellbet has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the Account is being used for prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; (c) the integrity of the Platform or the fairness of games has been compromised; (d) required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period; (e) activity on the Account raises AML or fraud concerns; or (f) PAGCOR or another competent authority has issued an instruction to do so.
Upon closure of an Account for a breach of these Terms, fellbet may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, balances may be forfeited to fellbet.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting fellbet support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
Amendments to These Terms
fellbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that materially affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility criteria — will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect, where operationally practicable.
Non-material changes — including typographical corrections, clarifications, or restructuring that does not alter the substance of any provision — may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice.
The current version of these Terms, along with its effective date, is always available on this page. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute, the player is encouraged to contact fellbet customer support in the first instance. fellbet commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 3 business days and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the fellbet internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in its capacity as the relevant regulatory authority. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be final and binding.
For disputes outside PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
